We first experience life through the body. My classes honour this physical dimension by building strength, improving flexibility and exploring balance, creating a strong foundation for overall wellbeing.

The breath is our vital life force. Breathing practices can help expand lung capacity, sharpen focus, and activate the body’s natural rest and reset response.

Mental
This dimension relates to thoughts, emotions and perceptions, the lens through which we experience the world. Through meditation, mindfulness and guided awareness, my sessions nurture clarity, calm and an equanimous mind.

Classes encourage self-reflection and deeper awareness, supported by timeless teachings alongside modern insights from science and research. This dimension helps you recognise patterns, make conscious choices and align actions with your wellbeing goals.

When the other four dimensions are nourished, we naturally access a deeper sense of joy, harmony and peace. This state reconnects you to yourself and your surroundings, promoting lasting wellbeing far beyond the mat.
